Welcome to Jobot. By accessing or using the Jobot mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use or access the Services.
Description of Services
Jobot provides an online platform designed to connect job seekers and recruiters globally. Our Services allow job seekers to create profiles, search for jobs, and apply for positions. Recruiters can apply for permission and upon approval, post job listings to find suitable candidates.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Jobot.
- By creating an account, you affirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
- Jobot reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
- Registration requires creating an account authenticated through third-party providers such as Google Account or Apple ID. We do not collect or store your login credentials directly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to immediately notify Jobot of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
User Roles and Responsibilities
- Job Seekers: May create and manage profiles, search job listings, and submit job applications. You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Recruiters: Must submit an application via email to gain permission to post jobs. Jobot reserves sole discretion to approve or deny recruiter applications.
- Both user types agree to use the Services lawfully and refrain from misuse, harassment, or fraudulent activities.
User Content and Conduct
- You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Jobot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content to operate the platform.
- Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: posting false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content; infringing intellectual property rights; engaging in harassment or discrimination; transmitting viruses or harmful code; interfering with the app’s operation.
